In order to ensure items are in working order we provide free batteries to see and test products, both with a sales associate and the customer, previous to sale.
During this process we explain why, that being, our products are non-refundable.
Once the product or item purchased has been seen and tested with both parties as witnesses, the final sale is made.
If in the circumstance that an item becomes defected after final purchase, we then can aid in the process to getting the customer a return or exchange through the manufacture. As many of the items come with warranties we do this by aiding in the search for the proper contact information i.e. website, emails, phone numbers, etc.
