Douches and enemas

Anal douches and enemas are hygiene products used to rinse the lower rectum before anal play. Many people use them for peace of mind and to feel confident. They come as bulbs, bottles and shower attachments.

Use lukewarm water and a gentle approach, and do not overdo it, because too much rinsing can irritate the body. Shower-style attachments fit onto the hose, while bulbs are small and discreet. Clean the equipment after every use and let it air dry. If you have a medical condition or any pain, speak to a health professional first.
