Intimate creams and lotions

This section covers creams and lotions made for intimate care and sensation. Some are made to moisturise sensitive skin, others to add feeling or to make massage smoother. They are different from lubricants, so read the label to see what each is designed for.

Many lotions contain oils that can damage latex condoms and some toys, so check compatibility before you use them during sex. Do a patch test on a small area of skin if you have allergies or sensitive skin. Store creams in a cool, dry place and close the cap tightly after each use.

If you are not sure whether a product is a lubricant or a lotion, read the label or ask us. The wrong product can irritate sensitive skin.
