Massage oils and candles

Sensual massage is one of the easiest ways to connect with a partner. Massage oils give a smooth glide and often carry a light scent. Massage candles are different: the wax melts at a low temperature into a warm oil that you can pour on the skin and rub in.

Test the temperature of melted candle oil on your own wrist before you use it on a partner, and use only candles made for massage. Oil-based products can damage latex condoms and silicone toys, so keep them for massage. Choose a scent that you both like, and protect your sheets with a towel.

Put down a towel, dim the lights and warm the oil in your hands first. Take your time, as the massage itself is half of the pleasure.
